Overview

Pickering City Centre Condos, a collaborative project by CentreCourt and architects-Alliance, is currently in pre-construction. The development is set to be located at 1355 Kingston Road in Pickering, with Liverpool Road and Highway 401 being the primary intersection. Spanning across 55 acres of land, the proposed site aims to transform Pickering Town Centre and accommodate more than 6,000 units in over 10 buildings. The project will feature a diverse range of residential condos, rental apartments, and commercial retail spaces, as well as facilities for seniors and youth, including a gymnasium, theatre, art gallery, library, and parkland. The first phase is scheduled to launch in the fall of 2023, marking the beginning of the new Downtown Durham. The units will offer a variety of layouts, including one, two, and three-bedroom options.
