The Kith Condos is a new condo project by The Daniels Corporation and is currently in pre-construction. The Kith architect is designed by Kirkor Architect + Planners. The new project will be located at 2475 Eglinton Avenue West in Mississauga. The major intersection is Erin Mills Parkway & Eglinton Avenue West. The Kith Condominiums will be the next phase of the Daniels Erin Mills Master-planned community in Mississauga. Kindred Condos will be 15 story tower with 316 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Units will range from 417 square feet to about 946 square feet.
